As long as it's not within 2/3 days of the initial injury, we'd recommend a sports massage and kinesiology taping – please inform us of your injury upon booking to help us prepare for your treatment
Opt for a sports massage, which will include an initial consultation that will help determine the cause of your pain, as well as beginning to help ease the aches and pains
A deep tissue or sports massage will loosen up tension in the neck, head and shoulders, and stretch out tight and shortened muscles, which will help to release tension in your head

Once you're past the first trimester (over 12 weeks), it's a pregnancy massage for you
We'd recommend a post natal massage following a natural delivery. Post caesarean full body massage should only happen when the wound is almost healed and pain levels are controlled – usually at least 2 weeks post surgery. ScarWork can also help alongside massage 6-8 weeks post surgery.
If you have had a c-section or other surgery including cosmetic procedures then ScarWork can help with both function and aesthetic appearance
